Solution

Pico Play took our clients sketch of a frog and reproduced this into an oversized kids slide. From sketch to clay model to 3D scan to 3D printed model to enlarging the scan to full size CAD file to cutting a full size polystyrene plug on our CNC machine to hard coating in Epoxy resin to taking a full size fiberglass mould to reproducing an FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) and finally finished to the required paint finish as requested by our client. The Frog Slide can be reproduced many times over according to our client's customers orders throughout the world.

Results

Made from Isothalic resin to ensure longevity in any environment including water parks, we delivered a beautiful looking and functioning Frog Slide for children to enjoy.
