Since 2018, Pico Play and Rickard Engineering have partnered to blend creativity with engineering. Pico Play brings imaginative storytelling, while Rickard Engineering transforms those ideas into durable, buildable realities using innovative GRC solutions. Together, we create immersive spaces that inspire and endure.

Covering nearly 14,000 square metres, it accommodates sculpting, moulding, carpentry, painting, metalwork, finishing, and more.

Over 25 positions are now open in Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam and Saudi Arabia. Vacancies include unique roles like architectural technicians and theme artists—positions that blend creativity and adventure, inviting candidates to imagine.

Darren McLean, Managing Director of Pico Play, leads a global team of “Fun-Makers” creating world-class themed attractions. A Griffith University graduate, he combines engineering, business, and storytelling to deliver unforgettable experiences and inspire the next generation of creators.
