In less than 4 weeks we were required to come up with design, construction and fit out for a new engaging Instagram museum concept in one of Australia’s largest shopping centres. As well as the design and build Pico Play was the operator of the new attraction and lead all aspects of the business delivery.
We prepared a concept design for the new attraction and then provided a detailed costing for the Selfie Lab Instagram Museum. This cost was then used in a business feasibility to evaluate our investment in the project. Concurrently our operational delivery team swung into action to deliver all aspects of the project including preplanning, recruitment, training, marketing, ticketing, and operational services.
The project ran successfully for more than 8 months and delivered significant guest and footfall traffic for the shopping centre Withstanding COVID-19 lockdowns across this period, the project was successful to show how Pico can mobilize a new attraction concept in only 4 weeks including design and construction. In addition, the project was able tos howcase our internal operating capability for the delivery of attraction experiences, small and large.
