HomeTeamNS is a non-profit Association set up to recognise the invaluable contributions of the Singapore Police Force (SPF) and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) NSmen to the safety and security of the nation. With a membership of over 200,000, the four clubhouses are equipped with sports and recreational facilities. HomeTeamsNS Singapore requested Pico Play to create, design, and install a totally unique indoor themed water adventure experience. A key requirement was to create diverse physical challenges, to keep resort guests not only entertained but also enabling them to keep up their fitness levels. This was to be housed in a multi-level annex building already designed as part of the main resort.

Pico Play, through its network of associated specialty rides and attraction manufacturers were able to create a totally individual, stratified, multi-disciplined set of wet and dry challenges. The course caters to a range of escalating skill levels. Engagement is overlayed with a specific Steampunk Theme.

From Pico Plays’ approach of individual design, the client now has the largest indoor tube-based waterslide in Singapore. A bespoke and challenging scramble net only accessible from a vertical wineglass-shaped access tube suspended over milling guests. There is also a collection of individual steam punk themed climb wall challenges towering above the mezzanine and the pool floor below and to finish off one of the longest harnessed obstacle courses flying 5m over the pool below.
