Pico Play hired several factory spaces on short term lease to fabricate the joinery, fiberglass and scenery for the themed elements that we were contracted to deliver. Under the direction of Snr Art Director Mark Snell we mobilized a team of skilled labour in a very short period of time to fabricate, package and deliver the works within a 3 month period. Due to Covid-19 restrictions in Malaysia the Pico Play Johor fabrication facility was shut down therefore we relocated fabrication to take place in Gold Coast, Australia. While there were still Covid-19 restrictions in place in Australia, the procurement of materials and operations of manufacturing industry was allowed to continue.
