Key Responsibilities

Install AV systems as per approved shop drawings and specifications
Pull, route, and dress AV cables
Terminate and label AV cables, patch panels, racks, and equipment
Install AV equipment such as speakers, displays, projectors, LED screens, and control panels
Assemble and install AV racks and cabinets
Coordinate with electrical, lighting, and IT teams for system integration
Support testing & commissioning (T&C) of AV systems
Assist in system configuration and basic programming
Troubleshoot AV system faults and connectivity issues
Ensure proper grounding, containment, and segregation from power systems
Integration with show lighting systems (DMX, timecode, synchronization)
Installation of BGM, PA, and emergency voice evacuation systems (PAVA)
Work on control systems
Installation of LED walls and large-format display systems

Qualifications

Diploma or technical certification in Electrical / Electronics / AV Technology
Relevant AV certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

3–7 years of experience in AV installation within construction/MEP projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer (Steel + Concrete) with strong BIM expertise and a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering for both steel and reinforced-concrete projects. The ideal candidate has advanced Revit capabilities and experience integrating structural analysis with BIM workflows for complex, themed, or conventional structures.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modeling & Documentation

Develop detailed 3D structural BIM models for reinforced concrete and steel structures using Revit.
Model structural elements including slabs, beams, columns, foundations, steel framing, reinforcements, and connections.
Produce accurate 2D drawings, GA plans, sections, details, and reinforcement/shop drawings generated from BIM models.
Coordinate models with Architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free integration.

2. Structural Detailing & Analysis Integration

Collaborate with structural engineers to reflect accurate analysis outputs in BIM models.
Integrate analysis models from ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Robot, and similar tools.
Model steel connections, base plates, anchor bolts, welds, and full rebar detailing including bending schedules.
Ensure detailing aligns with codes, specifications, and project standards.

3. Clash Detection & Coordination

Perform clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360 Coordinate.
Participate in coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary issues.
Update structural models based on agreed actions and resolutions.

4. Compliance & Standards

Ensure all modeling and documentation comply with local building codes, project requirements, and ISO 19650 BIM standards.
Follow internal BIM protocols for LOD, naming conventions, and documentation accuracy.
Maintain revision logs and version control procedures.

5. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Support

Extract accurate quantities (concrete volumes, steel tonnage, rebar weights) from BIM models.
Support QS/Estimation teams in preparing BOQs and verifying quantities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (required)
Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)
Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers or equivalent professional engineering registration is an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering (steel + concrete).
Experience with complex, themed, or irregular geometry structures is a plus.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of steel and RC structural design principles.
Advanced Revit modeling skills for structural systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and analysis tools (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
Familiarity with AISC, Saudi Building Code, and international standards.
Understanding of load types (live, dead, wind, seismic, theatrical, suspended).
Knowledge of fabrication tolerances, erection constraints, and construction documentation.

Knowledge Areas

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, oversee and managed the incoming project tenders and pricing of BOQ for the tender submission.
Review and identify the risk and deviation in the tender Condition Of Contracts in reserving the company rights during tender/quotation submission.
Provide contractual advice to Senior Management and Project Team during the entire project cycle from tender, post tender, construction and post construction to closing of final account.
Prepare the monthly project cashflow with respective Project Manager to the Senior Management and Finance Team, covering project revenue-to-date, cost-to-date, and forecast revenue and cost.
Lead a team of Quantity Surveyor (QS) and oversee the works perform by them during tender and project execution of construction and post construction stages including preparing of monthly progress claim, preparing and submission of variation works, project final accounts, setting and updating of monthly project cost update, inputting monthly cost into monthly cashflow report. Downstream workflow in evaluating and timely award of subcontractors, valuation and certifying of subcontractor workdone, variation claim and final account.
Lead the Singapore project administration team and oversee their day-to-day operation including administrative advice upon having difficulties in procurement and billings.
Lead the commercial team and oversee their day-to-day operation including project budget, system budget update, inter-company billing, AP payment cycle, monthly project cost report and any ad-hoc issue arises.
Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and Project teams to drive contracts and financial efficiency.
Work closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager in identifying any potential project cost overrun and ensure effective mitigation strategies is in place to maximize project profitability.
Develop and implement cost database to enhance tender costing plan and to track procurement performance in compliance with company procurement policy.
Work closely with all departments head to drive company objectives and values.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 7 years of relevant experience in Build Environment sector.
Minimum Quantity Surveying degree or a related discipline is a requirement.
Familiar with quantity surveying, contract administration, budget planning and monitoring.
Well versed with Conditions of Contract for construction works.
Possess creative flair and good interpretation skills.
Ability to multitask, organise effectively, and adhere to timelines.
Possess good Microsoft skills particularly in Word and Excel.
Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp modelling and BIM would be an advantage.
Effective communication, competent in both spoken and written English.
Able to work well independently and as a team.

Control & Automation: Create seamless integration and automation of all AV components, including developing custom control system user interfaces and ensuring flawless show control.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, AV suppliers and other stakeholders to manage the AV scope, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in AV Engineering, AV Systems Architecture, Multimedia Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AV system integration, exhibitions, museums, galleries, digital installations, interactive experiences, themed attractions or similar environments.
Strong ability to prepare and interpret AV block diagrams, line diagrams, logic diagrams, network schematics, 3D models and system architecture documentation.
Hands-on experience with AV equipment, control systems, network infrastructure, and multimedia playback systems.
Proficient in AV project management methodologies, with proven track record of delivering complex and multidisciplinary projects.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good problem-solving ability, technical aptitude, and structured approach to troubleshooting.
